Refund and Return

What is your return policy?

  • All items are eligible for return within 365 days of receiving your order if they are in new or gently used condition and sent with their original packaging. All other items are returnable if they are unused and sent in their original packaging.
  • Any original shipping costs (overnight, express, international, etc.) are nonrefundable.
  • Individual items purchased as part of a set may be returned for a full refund at no additional charge.
  • Items remain eligible for 365 days.
  • Must be postmarked within 365 days of receipt

How do I return an item?

  • Email us at service@txome.com with your order number and reason for return.  

When will I see my refund?

  • You can expect your refund within 7-10 business of sending your item for return.

What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

  • Hey, stuff happens. Don't worry, we'll make it right. If it's within 365 days, simply request a return. If it's after 365 days, contact our customer service and we'll help determine what went wrong.
